About Dynamic Damp Proofing
Dynamic Property Care Limited is still only a youngster with regards it name, identification and brand. Thats because Dynamic traded as Heritage Preservations for the best part of 30 years starting business in 1978 and ceasing to trade under that name when Steven Kelly took the business over from his father when he semi-retired in 2010. Steven had been playing with the idea of a new more modern name for sometime to 'go with the flow, represent himself more suitably and to take the Damp proofing Company into the future', and it took just over 6 months to finally decide on the new name and colour scheme 'Dynamic Property Care' and another 12 months in total to fully convert things over i.e vans, website, letterheads, business cards etc...
Fortunately inbetween working for his Fathers Damp Proofing Business, Steven had studied for 2 years at the Swansea Institute of Higher Education to gain himself a Merit in Business at HND level soaking up as much as he could about Business and Marketing. This Business Education coupled with the Damp Proofing skills and experience gained from an early age (helping out most weekends/school holidays from 7 years old and upwards) has enabled Steven to expand the original business, add a couple of new services and see him take it into the future.
All the same work principals, morals and workmanship still exist from the days of Heritage but a new more vibrant image has been incorporated to suit Steven and the modern world that we live in.

As to the future of Dynamic; more vans and more damp proofing business is Stevens agenda.
