- Rising dampness and timber treatment- 30 years
- Silicone wall coating (penetrative damp)- 15 years
- Basement tanking/waterproofing - 10 years
- Chemical/product - 10 to 30 years
Insurance Backed Guarantees are available for a period of 30 years for the following work:
- Wood Boring Insects
- Wood Rotting Fungi
- Rising Damp
- Re-plastering
- Party Wall Tanking
- Wall Tie Replacement
- Masonry Sterilisation
