Payments
Dynamic Property Care accepts the following forms of payment:
- Cheque or Postal Order
- Bank Transfer
- Cash (upto £2000)
- All Major Credit/Debit Cards (a 4% charge will be added for credit cards)
- Monthly installments via our finance company
- Paypal- paypal charges will apply
Damp & Timber Reports
All Reports are charged at a rate of £100 all inclusive unless specified. The report will be conducted and then we will await payment via BACs etc... Once payment has been recieved we aim to have the report to you within 24 to 48 hours, usually via email. All payments can be made to:

Please use the surveyed properties Street Name as a Reference with the bank transfer as we conduct many reports and it makes it easy to identify E.g: REF Green Close
Our payment terms when any work has been conducted are 7 working days for residential customers and 30 days for Commercial Customers.
LATE PAYMENTS will have interest added to them at a rate of 5% per month on Englands Base Rate.
Most Jobs require a minimum of 25% deposit to cover material costs. Please ring us to discuss this if need be.
