Preparation
Dynamic Property Care is commited to preparing all jobs fully to meet the following criteria:
- No damage will occur to any of our customers properties or possesions
- All Moveable Furniture and Floorcoverings will be taken from the work areas (clients responsibility*)
- All wooden/laminate/tiled floors to be walked or worked upon will be protected with Trioplus self adhesive floor coverings and all plastic edges gaffer taped.
- All Trioplus floor coverings will then be coverd in loose thick cotton sheeting to stop rubble damage
- All window frames/ledges,door frames/steps,/fireplaces etc... will be Trioplus covered
- All external areas will be coverd with weighted plastic sheeting
- All usage of cement mixers and hand mixing tools will be used by fully trained operatives who understand the concept of minimal mess creation
- All sockets and switches will be covered and/or removed
* If the items Tables/settees are too bulky to be removed then they can be positoned centrally in the work area and then heavily coverd in plastic and wrapped in masking tape. If they are too heavy for you to move please inform Dynamic and the Technicians will be sure to help :))
Following these simple rules on every job makes the operation run more smoothly and organised with NO chance of damage and minimal mess keeping Dynamic HAPPY and more importantly the Customer HAPPY!
