About Dynamic Property Care UK
Dynamic Property Care UK is a family run business with 40 years experience in the property preservation industry. Steven had worked for his Fathers Company Heritage Preservations ( see picture of old business card -->>) for 10 years up until taking the business over in 2008. He had seen how his Fathers business operated and learnt all angles from hands on site work to office administration and issuing guarantees. Steven was very eager to run the business for himself. In 2008 Stevens Father retired and Steven could either change work direction or continue the preservation business. With some money saved, help of a small bank loan and credit card along with alot of new name ideas he was able to completely modernise and rebrand the business.
Name, logo, colour scheme, van signwriting, paperwork, business cards and great website then BOOM Dynamic Property Care UK was born. The rest is history as they say!
Now years on Dynamic Property Care UK has grown into a very successful business with lots of regular preservation work.
