HOW DO I POST A JOB?

Click here to post your job. Select the trade you need and then answer the questions on our interactive form to tell tradesmen what you need doing. Once you’ve posted your job tradesmen will review your requirements and if they are keen to help they’ll get in touch to provide a quote. Your contact details are only ever available to a maximum of three tradesmen that express an interest in providing you with a quote.

WHY DO YOU NEED MY CONTACT DETAILS?

In order to provide a quote tradesmen need your contact details including your phone number. Quotes are not shown instantly online after you post your job. Up to three tradesmen will contact you to provide a quote, no more. Sometimes they may be able to provide a quote over the phone or by email but often they will require a site visit. It depends on the scale of the work to be undertaken and the individual tradesmen involve.

HOW DOES DYNAMICPROPERTYCARE.COM WORK?

First you need to post your job providing the details of the type of work you require and your contact details. Then your requirements are filtered so only relevant tradesmen that are capable and available to do the work can view your job description (but not your contact details). If a tradesmen wants to quote on your job they can buy the job lead – at this point your contact details are provided to them so they can contact you to provide their quote. A maximum of three tradesmen can buy a job lead which is enough to help you compare costs but also means you won’t be inundated with calls from lots of tradesmen.

HOW MANY TRADESMEN WILL CONTACT ME TO QUOTE?

A maximum of three. If not enough tradesmen are interested in your job then less than three will contact you.

DO I HAVE TO ENTER PAYMENT DETAILS THROUGH YOUR SITE?

No. Our service is free to consumers, you do not need to enter your payment details on our site at any point. If you find a tradesman to do the job through our site then you pay them directly.

WHERE CAN I SEE TRADESMENS REVIEWS?

After you post a job up to three tradesmen that can meet your requirements will contact you to provide a quote. For each tradesman you are matched with you’ll be sent a link to their profile page where you can view their details and reviews that their previous customers have left to help you make an informed decision about who to hire to do the work.

HOW CAN I LEAVE A REVIEW?

Shortly after you post your job you’ll be sent information about how to leave a review for a tradesman should you choose to hire them. Follow the instructions to leave your own review about them. Please leave an honest review so future users can use it to help them choose who to hire.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I POST A JOB?

After you post your job your requirements are filtered so that local tradesmen that have the capability to meet your needs can view your job details (but not your contact details). Then up to three tradesmen that would like to contact you to provide a quote can buy your job lead for a small fee at which point they receive your contact details. Then they will contact you to provide their quote. If you are happy with one of their quotes and the service they are offering then you may choose to hire one. Afterwards you can leave a review about the service that tradesman provided to help other users choose who to hire in the future.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE QUOTES FROM TRADESMEN?

If there is a lot of interest in your job then you should hear from tradesmen quickly – often within the hour. But if there is less interest then in may take longer, perhaps a day or so. If you haven’t had any responses within two or three days then it is usually because tradesmen are not interested in your job because of your location, the type of job or their availability. Also take into account that if you post your job late in the evening or over the weekend then response times may take a little longer.

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF USING DYNAMICPROPERTYCARE.COM?

We help you find great local tradesmen who have been rated by previous customers that are right for the job. We make the process easy and convenient with our interactive form. Once you post your job you’ll be able to compare quotes and reviews from up to three tradesmen simply by posting your details using just a single form. Each tradesmen’s previous customers can leave a review about them to help guide you who to choose. You won’t have to call around different tradesmen to see if they are available and get quotes – with one form you can post your job to lots of local tradesmen and up to three will contact you to provide a quote.

WHAT CONTACT DETAILS DO YOU ASK FOR?

The contact information we ask for is your name, email and phone number. This is so that up to three tradesmen who have expressed an interest in providing you with a quote are able to contact you and arrange a quote.

HOW MANY TRADESMEN WILL SEE MY CONTACT DETAILS?

A maximum of three tradesmen will see your contact details. They also see all of the other information you specify on the form like the description of your project.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY DETAILS ARE SHARED WITH A TRADESMAN?

They will contact you to arrange a quote.

WILL I DEFINITELY BE CONTACTED BY TRADESMEN?

No. If there is a lot of interest in your job you will be. But sometimes there is no interest from tradesmen in jobs that are posted in which case no tradesmen will contact you.

HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHICH TRADESMEN TO MATCH ME WITH?

Tradesmen are filtered based on the information you specify on the form. For example if you specify you need a damp proofing in WV (Wolverhampton) postcode – that’s who you’ll be matched with. If you specify you require damp proofing with your postcode starting WV, you’ll get up to three quotes from different damp proofers who cover the Wolverhampton postcode area.

WHAT SECURITY MEASURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?

Our site is secured using SSL which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. We also implement regular security updates to our website in order to ensure your data is handled safely. In addition to this any personally identifiable information we store about you is encrypted (like your name, email and phone number that you submit on any form to get quotes).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T HIRE A TRADESMEN I'M MATCHED WITH?

Quotes are no obligation. So if you choose not to hire a tradesmen you find through our site or don’t go ahead with the project, then nothing happens.

DO YOU GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF TRADESMEN'S WORK?

No, we don’t guarantee the quality of tradesmen’s work. Each tradesman is independent and does not work on behalf of us. The best way to ensure you hire a quality tradesmen is to review their ratings left by previous customers to help you make a decision. Talk to them about their experience in the trade and don’t be afraid to ask to view their previous work for bigger jobs and proof of membership to any relevant trade associations. It’s also a good idea to be clear on the work you want done and agree it in writing with the price and time scale.
